Alan Bore

Co Founder
Jungian Analyst, Transpersonal Psychotherapist & EMDR Therapist

Member of Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP), International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP). Registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC)

Alan has a deep interest in trauma-informed therapy, integrating EMDR to support desensitisation and somatic experiencing to help reduce the impact of trauma. He views therapy as a spiritual journey and considers a spiritual life essential as part of the healing process. Alan helps clients realise their full potential. Practising since 1996 and is a UKCP registered clinical supervisor.

Phil Joslin

Jungian Analyst & Psychotherapist

Member of Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP), International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP) and the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC).

Phil has a particular interest in working with people who are journeying through complex and challenging life changes, such as mid life, career or retirement. He is also an experienced supervisor who uses active imagination as a pathway into the depths of the patients’ conflicts and life choices.

Shannon Yates

With 30 years' experience, Shannon offers expert nutritional counselling for eating disorders. She has worked in the NHS and private sector, supporting adults, young people, and carers. Her calm, no-nonsense approach and extensive clinical background make her support both reassuring and effective in guiding clients toward recovery.

Michelle Harney

Senior Eating Disorder Therapist & Integrative Counsellor FDSC

Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

Michelle brings warmth, intuition, and a calm, grounded presence to her therapy work. With deep personal experience in support fellowships, she is passionate about healing and specialises in helping clients uncover the underlying issues behind eating disorders.

Hannah Cartwright

Registered Associate Nutritionist

Certified with the Association for Nutrition, UK. Master's degree in Human Nutrition. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and Accredited nutritional counselling courses in Disordered Eating and Body Image.

Hannah combines expertise in nutrition and psychology to offer personalised, compassionate care for disordered eating. She helps clients find food freedom through evidence-based guidance rooted in kindness, integrity, and trust, supporting both mental and physical wellbeing.

Sophia Boothby

Registered Specialist Dietitian

BSc with Honours in Nutrition and Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics. Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered and a member of the British Dietetic Association.

Sophia is an experienced Specialist Dietitian in Eating Disorders and Gut Disorders. Sophia practices in a non-judgemental and weight-inclusive approach to support you in working towards a better relationship with food and your body. Sophia is passionate about empowering individuals to lead a life with food freedom and body neutrality.

Tanya Garrity

Senior Eating Disorder Therapist & Integrative Counsellor FDSC

Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

With warmth and compassion, Tanya offers a safe, tender space to explore pain, hold silence, and honour each person’s journey. She works with eating disorders and other challenges by gently empowering others to heal, grow, and rediscover peace at their own pace focusing on presence, not fixing.

Nancy Ramkissun

Integrative Psychotherapist FDSC & EMDR Therapist

Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

I work collaboratively, with empathy, using varied approaches including EMDR, somatic trauma therapy tools, creative tools and breath work. I have extensive experience in 12-step recovery fellowships, working with eating disorders and addictions. I am a Yoga Teacher and Meditation Facilitator. I assistant on Babette Rothschilds international trauma training workshops.

Tara Jelley

Through the University of Greenwich I qualified as an FdSc Integrative Psychotherapist and also achieved a 2:1 (BA Honours) in Counselling. The foundation of my work is person-centred, drawing on humanistic and psychodynamic concepts. I believe human connection is fundamental in the journey towards healing.

Hannah Fraser-Moore

Hannah specialises in eating disorders, including the deeper psychic and symbolic dimensions of weight, hunger, and appetite. She works closely with neurodivergent clients and draws on 20+ years as a nutritional and performance coach. Her approach explores how the body speaks when the soul is silenced and what it’s asking us to remember.

Marta Moe

Marta is a psychotherapist with a holistic, mind-body-soul approach. Trained in multiple modalities, she tailors therapy to each client. She works with individuals and couples, offering a safe, healing space for growth. Marta is also a reiki master and heart meditation facilitator.

Caroline has extensive experience in family, couple, and individual therapy. She specialises in supporting those affected by trauma, bereavement, eating disorders, and gender or sexual identity issues. Dolly is a gentle Labrador Retriever and much-loved therapy dog at The Surrey Centre. She can join sessions to offer emotional support to people of all ages, helping ease stress, anxiety, and low mood. Her calm presence brings comfort, connection, and moments of lightness to the therapeutic space.

Steven joined the team in 2021. Having previously worked in finance, education, and the arts, he brings a wealth of experience to help ensure the smooth running of the business.
